I have partnered with a Managed Service Provider in Tonbridge. They are looking to expand their support team and now hiring for a 3rd Line Support Engineer.They are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer with Office 365, Windows, Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper V and Networking knowledge and experience.
The successful candidate would receive a salary up to £40,000 plus a fantastic benefits package and great office environment.
The business has embraced a hybrid working model, requiring you on-site 2 days a week with a small amount of travel needed.
Main responsibilities:
BAU supportRole model & escalation point for junior team membersTravel to clients for hands on support when requiredClient documentation
Ideally you will have working knowledge of:
Office 365WindowsWindows ServerVMWareHyper VRouters & SwitchesAnti-virusFirewalls
Due to a small amount of travel needed, you will require a full driving license and own transport to be considered for this opportunity.
