We are headquartered in London with offices in Spain, Poland and the USA.Currently, they are looking for a mid-level designer to help them collaborate and design across the board for product offerings.The ideal candidate is a team player - bringing their own unique ideas to the table.Working closely with the marketing, product and Project Management teams, you will be tasked with working out what's the best method to go forward with when dealing with product tasks and creating marketing collateral for events, publications and social media.The designer will work closely with the design lead on a daily basis.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating marketing materials such as banners, ads, flyers, one pagers.Both for print and onlineHelping with product designCreating wires and mapping out user journeysWorking alongside Product, Design and Development teams to produce work.Running user research sessions or at least planning them. Knowledge & Experience Experience with the Adobe suiteExperience with Sketch appExperience with working with printExperience working with marketingExperience with UI/UX Experience with Infographics and dataExperience with creating illustrationsSkillsThe desire to create and learnCollaboration skillsThe ability to use Adobe creative suite (Mainly photoshop and illustrator.)Understanding of UX ideologies such as HCD and CX Design skills across print and digitalNice to have an understanding of business and dataNice to have presentation skillsNice to have some motion, animation, 3D, film/editing understandingGood communication with non-peersMost importantly, the ideal candidate should be passionate about their work and committed to helping their team improve in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
