SOLIDWORKS - Technical Support Engineer - System Administrator We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our client, one of the largest software companies in the world!The successful candidate will provide proactive technical support to customers and end-users on Desktop Data Management systems (PDM/PLM) within SLA on each Service Request. You will have the opportunity to participate in client-facing calls along with Partner support teams to convey technical expertise, will drive the identification of reproducible scenarios behind complex incidents and will be the Dedicated Technical Expert for selected Enterprise Subscription Service accounts.We are looking for someone very client focused with previous experience providing technical support/ system administration to Data Management Solutions (ideally SOLIDWORKS) and excellent working knowledge of PC based computer systems, networks, installation, product activation and Active Directory deployment. You will have strong problem solving & analytical skills and previous client facing experience resolving critical technical & account issues as well as the ability to coordinate projects and work with different peers across the organization.Strong oral & written communication skills are a must.Want to know more?
