As an established finance technology recruitment partner for 10+ years to this international bank, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a contract Risk Developer (C# / .net). You will join a team that is responsible for implementing and supporting systems for calculating and reporting consolidated Market and Credit Risk across all locations.

You will specifically be involved in implementing FRTB IMA Default Risk Charge (DRC) calculator within Azure using Data lake. Preparing inputs for the calculator, and validate results

Key Responsibilities:

*Deliver FRTB IMA components

*Utilise Azure cloud

*Performance tuning

Skills and Experience:

*C# and Azure functions

*Docker

*Python

*Microsoft SQL Server.

*Git / Svn / JIRA

*Control-M Batch scheduling

*Experience of working in an investment banking technology environment.

*Planning and prioritisation skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in the following :-

*Experience of working on FRTB SA and IMA projects

This role may suit individuals who have held the following job titles: Market Risk Developer, Credit Risk Developer, .net Developer, C# Developer.

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is offered on a PAYE basis (via an umbrella company). The day rate is budgeted up to £733 and this is the total amount we would pay your nominated umbrella. It is inclusive of holiday accrual and employer pension contributions. All statutory deductions (both Employers and Employee NI, Income Tax, Apprenticeship Levy, etc.) will be deducted from this figure.
