Junior IT Support Engineer

Bristol

£24,000 + Progression + Training + Holiday + Pension Scheme + Health & Dental + Other benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join one of the UKs most successful technology companies offering training and progression, long term career stability and security, and a varied and interesting workload.

This company are a real British success story and have expanded across Europe, and more recently, America. With a massive client base in the UK, they have successfully grown all their departments over the last 18 months. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to grow their IT Support team.

In this role you will join a team of Support Engineers to provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients. You will work on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern - 8am-8pm for 4 days, 4 days off, 8pm-8am for 4 nights, 4 days off etc. You will provide support on everything from firewalls, VPNs, and Networking through to Telephony services, Emails and broadband.

The ideal candidate will have some experience as an IT Support Engineer from an MSP (or similar) background. Candidates must be happy to work 12 hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
