Oracle Cloud Financials Manager - Tier 1 Investment Banking - FTSE20 - £95k + excellent benefitsOverview:
My client, a FTSE20 Tier 1 Investment Banking organisation are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to take the rein of a fast paced team but to also manage a global accounting platform whilst shaping the firms longer term financial technology strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Finance Technology team managing a blended on / off-shore support team on the day-to-day accounting of the firm's expenses and revenue.
Show depth of knowledge around data and interfaces, appreciating the various types of interface methodologies, approaches and techniques and how this would interact with an Oracle Fusion Cloud solution.
Get involved in broader firm wide initiatives which impact Financial Accounting technology, and be the key representative ensuring requirements, planning, risks are represented.
Work with software vendors and consultancies, raising support cases where necessary, define new initiatives, discussing and agreeing scope, working on commercial terms and conditions and managing third parties through delivery and execution.
Show depth of knowledge around data and interfaces, appreciating the various types of interface methodologies, approaches and techniques and how this would interact with an Oracle Fusion Cloud solution.
Skills & Experience:
The role requires an expert in the following Oracle Fusion Cloud applications ; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management & Fixed Assets
Have good experience working on Procure-to-Pay, including Procurement & Purchasing and the integration points into AP.
Good managerial experience looking after a team of up to 10 staff.
Have been involved with project implementations with a solid understanding of the project life cycle and different implementation techniques.
