Training & Adoption Business Lead - Insurance Trainer - InsuranceLondon Market - General Insurance
Remote working/2-3 days in London
6-month Contract
A leading business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Training & Adoption Business Lead to come in and develop & maintain a training Strategy to facilitate the delivery of effective training across multiple locations. You will look at developing and maintaining a centralised communication site to house all training related materials & communication which will include corporate tools such as SharePoint and WebEx. You will develop training methods and mainly looking at Cataloguing all training materials and ensuring their availability to stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to deliver the end-to-end training programs, to support Change Projects, IT Maintenance Releases or new staff induction, both in-person and remotely, for core underwriting tools.
The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced training & adoption business lead/ trainer/ training manager for at least 5 years. You will also offer strong track records in the delivery of comprehensive training programs. You will need to understand underwriting processes and have previously delivered brand new training methods and materials for a business.
Key Skills:
* Insurance Trainer or Insurance Training & Adoption Business Lead experience
* Insurance experience - London Market or General Insurance
* A proven track record in the delivery of comprehensive training programs
