Technology: Salesforce.comJob Type: PermanentLocation: RemoteSalary: $150k - $170kDate Posted: November 10, 2021 A Salesforce end user in the SaaS space is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect for a fully remote role on a team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Business Analysts. The ideal candidate has experience in a Salesforce role for 5+ years and has exposure to implementations, integrations, or major solution redesigns. Job Requirements: Experience as a designing complex solutions for existing or fresh Salesforce Lightning instance featuresUtilize Salesforce declarative tools like Flows and Triggers, and an understand technical languages like APEX, VisualForce, and Web Components (hands-on development experience not required)Sales, Service, and Community Cloud experienceIntegrate third party applications via systems integration tools (SOAP/REST APIs)Experience with integration tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etcExposure to ERP systems like NetSuite and CLM tools like DocuSign CLMHigh business acumen with the ability to question around business processes to produce the most accurate technical design possibleComfortable in an Agile/SCRUM environmentCommunicate with business stakeholders and non-technical end users Basic Qualifications: Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is also heavily consideredSalesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture DesignerProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Agile Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields Essential Functions: Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce updates and refactoring of operational systemsDirect a robust team but be able to work independentlyBe comfortable working through pain points of end users and providing user supportBe comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leadersQuestion around and work to identify areas of improvement for given technical requirementsConfidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practicesStay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible Salary is negotiable based on experience ($150k-$170k) with a comprehensive benefits package, which will include: 401k match, dental, vision, medical and more.
