Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

* 2+ years working with Microsoft SQL Server

o Database performance management and tuning

o Database backup and recovery

o Database security

o Database modeling and design

* High-level problem-solving skills.

* Analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

* Knowledge of system administration best practices and the ability to implement them.

* Patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

* Compliance with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA/HITrust

* Working independently and as part of a small team
