We are on a mission to create the best Omnichannel customer experience there is, and we need strong Senior Product Owners to help us.  This is a key role as Senior Product Owner in a business that is undergoing radical change with its Omnichannel Transformation programmes. We are looking for SPO's who come with an Omnichannel mindset, not just a digital one, to connect all parts of the business. The remit of this role, is understanding the goal of the PDP and the PLP in the customers journey, as well as how the industry is evolving within the display and listing space. At Currys our transformation vision of Omni is not only to connect our physical and digital ecosystems but is to also make it easy for our customers to understand the complex tech that we sell and find the tech that will delight them.  Responsibilities -    Lead on major change initiatives across the Checkout and Payment journey, and will, shape and improve the product development process across all teams.
-    Use research, analytical data, market research, competitor insight and your own instincts to create a compelling sticky customer experience
-    Deliver the agreed online roadmap, as prioritised by the online leadership team, with a focus on sticky customer experiences, driving sales, CSAT and NPS and meeting your OKRs
-    Collaborate with teams such as engineering, UX, analytics and insight to ensure you can form a solid hypothesis and test and learn that hypotheses. 
-    Forge learning experiences with non-competing businesses to swap learnings
-    Be comfortable presenting to all levels and making your case for funding through Invesco and with C-suite members (Exco)
-    Manage 3rd parties to achieve agreed objectives to time and budget, whilst building long-lasting partnerships
-    Keep abreast of emerging technologies and competitor capabilities ensuring that we are delivering market leading customer experiences Experience -    Demonstrated understanding of software development process with experience taking a product idea from concept through launch and continually improving current products
-    Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities.
-    The remote nature of the work requires strong communication skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences.
-    Ideally 3 years' experience operating in a product role in a retail business
-    Highly analytical and commercial - you will need to learn the analytics platform and self-serve
