Data Migration Analyst - Inside IR35

This is a hands-on multi-functional requirement for an analyst to provide technical assistance with a variety of analytical and data processing tasks, such as data analysis, cleansing, conversion, validation and other associated activities as may be required for the transfer of data into SystmOne.

Training will be provided to prepare, operate and monitor SLoadR, a data entry automation application that will be used for inputting records into SystmOne.

Main Responsibilities

* All aspects of data processing - such as data analysis, validation and transfer; data cleansing and formatting; data entry/loading, system/application configuration, testing and verification.

* Assist with reconciling data counts across process; tracking and reporting

* Liaising between users and project team to resolve issues

* Assisting with the development and implementation of mechanisms to manage and report on historical transactional data

* Becoming familiar with the new SystmOne Implementation using various resources such as project documentation, training, meetings with stakeholders and hands-on usage in order to support system testing, advance user understanding and fulfil role

Role Requirements

* Strong data handling, formatting and analysis skills

* Good understanding of database concepts; relational data models and transactional processes

* High level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel to format, manipulate, analyse and report on data (LookUps, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting and Validation etc)

* Working knowledge of basic database applications

* Understand and comply with the organisations Data Security Policy

* Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse, remote team

* Compatible technical experience

* Good understanding of SystmOne helpful

* Must be prepared to work extended hours and out of hours
