IT Support Technician
Job Title: IT Support

Day Rate: 100 - 130 P/D (Inside)
Location:  On Site ( London )
 
Role Requirements:
To coordinate and report to the head of IT in relation to work dutiesManage and maintain school’s PC’s, Macs, and associated hardwareExperience with authentication and directory services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policies)Office365, Exchange, Teams, SharePointInstall, configure, update as well as troubleshoot computers and hardwareCarry out front desk duties in the Computer Lab, assisting students and staff with IT related issuesTroubleshoot IP PhonesTCP/IP Networking LAN/WAN (DNS, DHCP, VPN) 
Skills Required:
Candidate must have a relevant IT qualification, such as CompTIA, Cisco, etc.Experience with PC components and able to design and build and workstationsImaging of PC’s & Mac workstations.Strong knowledge of Windows OS. (Windows 8 &10)Knowledge of Mac hardware and Mac OSPapercut print management system.Good communication and Organisation skillsAbility to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiativeAn exploring mind with the ability to think outside the box
