Senior IT Support Engineer London to £43k

Senior IT Support Engineer (MacOS G-Suite Apple Google Workplace). As a Senior IT Support Engineer you'll be joining a small Technical Operations Support team. You will be responsible for supporting users by troubleshooting technical issues including helpdesk operations and desk side support. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include; configuring and deploying Macs and networking equipment, implementing and monitoring IT infrastructure and setting-up new users.

Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and collaborative company that offers a comprehensive benefits package. You can work from home 1 - 2 days a week.

Requirements:

Experience supporting users in a helpdesk / Support Engineer role within a large scale corporate environment

Very good understanding of Apple hardware, MacOS, iOS

Good understanding of networking fundamentals

Good knowledge of G-Suite / Google Workspace administration

Degree educated in Computer Science or similar

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
