Junior Software Support Analyst Leicester Area (18-20k)My client are looking looking for a few Junior Software Support Analysts in the Leicester areaIdeal for a recent university graduate or someone still early in their software career, looking for somehwere they can have a long fruitful career

Responsibilities includeResponsible for providing 1st class support to our partners supporting software products Managing tickets remotely via web and telephone.Frequent use of remote shadowing tools e.g. Team Viewer/MS Teams.Working to KPI's

Requirements includePrevious IT support role to resellers or end-users or an IT related qualification.Accounting system knowledge (Sage, MS Dynamics etc).Live within 30 miles of Leicester.
