Data Management Analyst

As a trusted and preferred supplier to this global financial services organisation, we have been asked to assist in the hire of 2 Data Management Analysts. These roles will be predominately home working, but you may be expected to work in the Central London offices. In this role You will be joining a function and play a key role in a relatively new concept for the wider business.

Key duties will include:

Maintain master data quality through the Markit EDM application and ThinkFolio platform. Setting up and maintaining reference data entities. Configuration and ongoing data maintenance. Assist with the management of resolution of business and systems issues through interaction with IT, data vendors, brokers, and internal clients. Work with the Data Management team and development team for handover of new enhancements, fixes and upgrades for BAU integration including user acceptance testing. Act as a Data SME for business change.

Key skills

Knowledge of Power BI to a standard that can create high quality reports

Understanding of FactSet and Bloomberg to assist in the high expectations of data accuracy and control.

Data analysis

Experience in testing and project implementation is desirable

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications to ensure a high standard of data analysis, document development etc.

A basic understanding of ESG / Environmental Social Governance.

IMC and/or IAQ preferable

SQL skills helpful

This role may suit an individual who has held the following roles: Data Management Analyst, or Data Analyst. Key products in use: PowerBI SQL Factset Bloomberg Markit EDM Thinkfolio
