One of the our client is in need of Business Analyst for Labware LIMS (m/w/x). For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. General Information:Start date: asapDuration: 12 monthsExtension: possibleWorkload: 100%Work location: Basel areaRemote: partially possible, depends on actual project demand / on-site work requiredTravel: max. up to 25% in Europe (Penzberg) Tasks & Responsibilities Business Analysis for the integration of Pharma Technical Development to the global LIMS solution, non-GMP area processesElicitation and creation of solid user stories in an agile working environmentActing as an interface between local business (customer) functions and the global project core teamIdentify existing requirements and create new requirements, support German speaking Areas and SitesUnderstanding of Business Processes and identify potential benefits, harmonize and structure them into user stories Must Haves5-7 years of experience in an appropriately relevant area (e.g. Quality Control) working as a Business AnalystStrong background in Pharma Technical Development and QC Lab processesIs familiar with the Pharma Technical Development and QC lab business processes, understands their user needs and is able to translate them into IT system requirementsFluent in German and English (written and spoken)Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organizationAnalytical thinking, structured approach to identify potential benefits, harmonize and structure them into user storiesExcellent communication skillsTeam playerAgile mindsetPositive thinking and open to learn and improve processesCultural awareness If this outstanding opportunity sounds interesting for you, do not hesitate to contact me for more details or send me your CV.Sthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
