JOB DESCRIPTION: HR Business PartnerLOCATION: Tampa, FloridaREPORTS TO: Senior HR Business Partner Role PurposeTo support the Senior HRBP to deliver HR policies and initiatives by building relationships and partnering with stakeholders. Promotes equity, fair treatment, wellbeing and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with local legislation. Build credible relationships with senior stakeholders allowing for better decisions and organisational effectiveness. Works independently with minimal guidance and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. The HRBP will provide services to all stakeholders across all areas including employee relations, people practices, performance management, change management, diversity and inclusion, employee experience and learning and development.Key Metrics Quarterly objectives/projects to be set, with deadlines agreed in partnership with Snr HRBPRegular feedback from key internal stakeholdersHigh level of accuracy and efficiency in information/advice given with all correspondenceAdherence to HR process and policy in local jurisdictionResponsibilitiesAssist with the development and implementation of the global HR strategy across the businessWorking with the wider HR team globally to ensure successful roll out of policies, procedures and initiativesBuilding credible relationships across the business with senior stakeholders by collaborating and supporting on all HR best practicesBeing proactive by regularly discussing and reviewing employee performance and productivity with senior stakeholdersInfluencing and impacting senior stakeholders to make informed decisions on behalf of the businessEnsure systems are maintained and updated with all relevant information in a timely manner and produce all necessary reporting. As well as training all employees on HR systems at all levels of the businessOversees and looks to improve employee fiscal life cycle i.e. inductions for new starters, collating and monitoring attrition levels, and analysing exit interview dataGenerate solutions and implements with input from more senior HR team membersUses data driven insights and management information to anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with stakeholdersAssist in the formulation of objectives for HR policies & procedures as a whole and to improve employee experienceAssure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibilityEffectively communicate and execute necessary changes to policies and proceduresPerform advanced employee relations functions including employment investigations, problem solving and dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances, business settlements and terminationsHandle workers compensation, first report of injury database and safety regulations processCoordinate and advise on all Leave of Absence programs and processesUnderstands and utilises escalation points as and when requiredQualifications and level of experiencePreferred SHRM or CIPD qualified (or currently studying) or equivalent qualification/experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in HR and/or International Business and/or ManagementPrevious HR experience with proven experience of managing functions in a standalone environmentExperience of coaching and mentoring managers in all aspects of HR and employment lawExperience of working in a global businessMinimum 5 years' experienceFrank Recruitment Group is an equal opportunities employer that values a diverse workforce and the contribution each individual makes.
