Are you a Technical Manager, from a Solar O&M background, looking to join one of the UKs largest renewable companies and play a pivotal role in helping the business grow as they look to dominate the solar industry?

This is a great opportunity to develop and grow your own large team of engineers in a rapidly growing company.

My client is renowned for their service in the solar and renewable sector and have the most solar farms in the UK. They are now looking for a Technical Operations Manager to be home based and oversee the East region of the UK.

This is a very varied role, but your main responsibilities will be controlling all HV operations in the East, Co-ordinating maintenance on HV equipment up to 132KV and overseeing the ongoing training and development of the engineering team.

This role would suit a Technical Manager from an O&M solar PV background, looking to oversee and develop a large engineering team as the business goes through a period of sustained growth.
