Graduate Application Support Consultant

Salary - up to £20,000

Location - Leicester, EnglandAn established B2B company in the IT sector, our client has delivered unrivalled software solutions for over 15 years. They are now looking for 2 IT graduates to join their growing business in the support team to enhance their presence further.This will be a varied and challenging role working with partners supporting software products primarily to re-seller channels and end-users, with a blend of working from home and in the office.This is great opportunity for any dynamic graduate with from a computing/IT background that is keen to progress their career with a reputable company where you'll be appreciated and kept busy.Your Role:Responsible for providing 1st class support customer support.Managing tickets remotely via Fresh-desk and telephone.Frequent use of remote shadowing tools e.g. Team Viewer/MS Teams.Working closely with development, business users and infrastructure teams to see through incidents/requests to resolution.What you need:Undergraduate degree in computer science or similar subjects.Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all organisational levelsPrevious Application Support role experience will be bonus, not essentialAny accounting systems knowledge is desirable Highly self-motivated & willingness to learnLive within an hour drive from LeicesterAlthough the required skill and experience list is very diverse, the client will provide full training to the right candidate.If you are the ideal candidate for this position, please apply ASAP using the link below or email [email protected] or call me 02038266731 and I would be happy to discuss this and any other ERP opportunities we have available.
