Quality Assurance Engineer Cardiff £30,000 - £35,000 + Autonomy + Progression + Training + Excellent Pension + Holidays Exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a well-established global business working in a technically varied and interesting position for a market leading company. This company operate a range of business areas specialising in different products, each department designs, tests and manufactures in high volume, supplying customers globally. They have exciting growth and investment plans and are looking for an additional Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team. In this role you will have full autonomy to improve quality processes and strategies across all aspects of manufacturing. You will be carrying out audits and root cause analysis in order to make improvements across the manufacturing areas, conducting quality assurance activities to improve efficiencies. The Role: * Carry out process audits across the manufacturing areas * Develop and implement process improvements * Days based, with no weekend work * Excellent company package on offer
The Person: * Experience in high volume production or manufacturing * Background in quality Assurance and engineering * Live commutable to Cardiff
