A fantastic opportunity to join a leading sports forecast and data analytics company as they build out their Product Support / Application Support Team. You'll be working in a fast paced environment to support all aspects of the company's software to internal and external clients.Client DetailsA leading, fast growing, and rapidly expanding Sports Analytics company located in South East London that provides market leading software to a number of clients in the sports arena. DescriptionAs the Product Support Analyst/ Application Support - South East London, you will work as part of the newly created service desk as part of a dynamic team of analysts to support all aspects of the company's software for both internal and external clients. The successful Analyst will provide 1st Line Support and have experience of call logging, speaking to users with a proven experience of managing incidents. As part of a collaborative working environment, the Analyst will be service focused and develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's core products and domain - sports analytics. Excellent communication and proven IT skills are essential for the role.Key responsibilities To investigate, resolve and prevent issues occurring with a particular focus on continual improvement of software/data/systems and processes.Logging and tracking bugs using Jira or similarTo assist and provide support to internal stakeholders in ensuring deliverables are provided.Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality standards and relationships.Continual review of processes within operational areas ProfileAs the Product Support Analyst/ Application Support - South East London, will have:Prior experience in a 1st line support position;Strong ability to learn new technologiesAbility to work in a busy environment prioritising tasks on urgency and business needs.Strong customer service skills As we are building a team, we are looking for candidates with a range of experience, including team leads. In order to be considered for more senior positions you should have:Hands on experience with SQLHands on experience with Excel VBASome development language skillsAgile/ Scrum/ Iteration based change management methods experience. We will be looking to build a team that provides 24 hours support.
