The position will act as the director of the IT department and the Commercial Operations department. The ideal candidate has experience working with Netsuite or similar ERP systems, Salesforce CPQ or Quote-to-Cash systems, as well as Salesforce Communities experience. Job Requirements: 5+ years' experience with Salesforce CRM.3+ years' experience in a Solutions Architect/Development Lead position for CRM systems and applicationsExposure to Sales tools like Salesforce CPQ or Quote-to-Cash. Skills: Java, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Aura, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements to technical requirements.Experience in cross-functional project management preferred.Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems is preferred. Basic Qualifications: Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certificationsSalesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Advanced Administrator.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred.Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s) Salary is negotiable based on experience ($160k-$170k) with a comprehensive benefits package.
