An amazing transformation project has just started and they need your expertise ! This company is looking to improve their business processes and are going to automate several of their existing workflows. Their goal is to get good structure in place so they can reduce manual processes and significantly scale their business over the next 3 years. Working as part of this transformation team, you will be working together to investigate all departments within the business. By mapping the business you will be looking at finding the right opportunities that need to be automated and figuring out how best to automate these specific business processes.Working as a Senior Technical Business Analyst ideally you will have worked on projects where you re-designed processes used by a business. They are using market leading tools for digital mapping, interactive mapping and process analysis tools (these replace their use of Visio). They have an excellent training programme for you to get fully up to speed on how best to use this tool, training like how to automate a process, how to build a workflow and you can even get certified in it ! You will be working with key internal stakeholders. This is a busy, fast moving environment. Your role breaks down into

30% Business Analysis

20% Solution Design

20% Lean Process Analysis

20% Process and Data MappingIn order to be considered for this role you will have

4+ years experience working as a Business Analyst

2+ years working in an Agile environment

Re-design process improvement / transformation project experience

You must have a background using - Visio, Slack , Jira, Googlechat, Microsoft PM - or similar tools to record what actions are being agreed upon and how to interact with theseUseful

Training or coaching user experience
