Jefferson Frank is searching for 2 Software Developers in Test to work with a UK Cybersecurity company. This is a 6 month contract which is fully remote. The client would be keen to inteview next week. This contract is inside IR35 and the client require an engineer to take the current automation and enhance the tooling and tests to help the team build some of the most innovative cyber security products on the marketRequirements * Own the test infrastructure and drive improvements and enhancements to meet the teams needs

* Own and Manage the automation backlog and work with the team to deliver high-quality, resilient and performant test cases

* Produce high quality automation

* Drive the adoption of automation tooling and code analysis tool

* Engage with the business to understand tools and techniques in use

* Cross-train the Cyber team and wider business on effective test automation* Effective reporting on test results, coverage and quality using measure and metrics

* Effective coaching and mentoring of engineers on test automation* Effective reporting on test results, coverage and quality using measure and metrics

* Effective coaching and mentoring of engineers on test automation

* Providing Cost/Benefit analysis of automated test cases

* Developing and refining automated test cases

* Research and Development on tooling choicesSkills * Coding skills in Java/Javascript or similar languages

* Architecture and design skill for automation frameworks and tools

* Ability to convert manual test cases into Automation

* Knowledge of the Cyber Security Market or Strong networking technology skills

* Strong influencing and inter-personal communication skills

* Detail oriented approach with methodical and organised approach
