Senior Software Engineer (C#/.Net)

Farnborough/Hybrid (once in the office every 2 weeks)

A Senior Software Engineer (C#/.Net) is required by prestigious organisation in their Farnborough office or on a remote basis (with travel once a fortnight to Farnborough). Due to consistent growth and increased workload, my client is looking to secure a Senior Software Engineer (C#/.Net) to join their established software development team.

This team undertakes a predominantly internal projects dedicated to incubating products and service concepts. These are either developed to production within the group or handed over to delivery teams for production engineering. Projects require full-stack experience, and the role will involve hands-on work and technically guiding junior colleagues.

Essential Skills for the Senior Software Engineer (C#/.Net):Eligible for or hold SC clearanceDevelopment experience using C# and Microsoft .NET frameworkFront end development experience: CSS frameworks (Less, Sass), JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Bootstrap)Web application development (Bootstrap, React, Angular)AWS - defining infrastructure (CloudFormation/Terraform) and developing applicationsSkilled in the full software development lifecycle including Agile (scrum/kanban) methodologiesSQL query development and server administration (MS SQL tools preferred)

Desirable Skills for the Senior Software Engineer (C#/.Net):Experience of Atlassian toolsExperience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelinesCloud certification (Azure or AWS Developer)Certified scrum master
