Belgian IC design start-up company which has an international, young and dynamic team at the leading edge of mmWave technology is looking for an experienced MMIC Designer. Join in up to 60% remote within Belgium! In your role as Senior MMIC Designer you will work on state-of-the-art design solutions for IC's up in CMOS and SiGe technologies. Your responsibilities will include the following:Spec definition and system-level design of mmWave modules and componentsCircuit design, layout and verification of mmWave building blocks2D and 3D EM simulations for interconnect, passives and packagesAs the successful MMIC Designer you are industry degree qualified and have at least 7 years of experience in RF/mmWave IC Design as well as a good understanding of RF systems including in the following:
Advanced CMOS, SOI and/or SiGeCadence, ADS, Synopsys or MentorExperience in transistor-level layout extraction and verification (PEX), DRC and LVSElectromagnetic modelling including tools like Momentum, EMX, Peakview, HFSS, CSTExperience with design for production (PVT variation, electromigration, aging, DFM)Extensive lab experienceMatlab, Python) For more information and to apply please click APPLY NOW to get in touch and discuss your expectations!
