Senior Market Engagement Manager100% Remote US or Canada

We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and high-energy Market Engagement Manager to build and maintain marketing programs, package and promote product and service offerings, and drive strong partner relationships with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft, and Salesforce. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will partner with the FMT Sales Manager, FMT Client Success Manager, Delivery leadership, and various internal team members to develop and execute the annual and quarterly market engagement plan(s); organize and manage the FMT partner ecosystem of ISV's and suppliers; and develop and maintain a portfolioof product and services offers specific to the domestic manufacturing and distribution vertical.

This role involves managing a small team and hands-on work with support from incumbent agencies. A successful candidate will have strong project management skills, channel acumen, exceptional writing and communication ability, and fluency in complex B2B technology marketing. Experience with ERP, CRM, and Integration solutions will be highly beneficial as will exposure to supply chain principles and familiarity with manufacturing and distribution businesses.

The Market Engagement Manager will organize and manage the FMT partner ecosystem of ISV's and suppliers to include platform, application, technology, and services partners. You will directly manage select relationships with key partners, coordinate internal training, maintain licensing information, monitor for incentives, and solicit both referrals and MDF/co-marketing funds. The Market Engagement Manager will also work to coordinate the delivery of co-marketing activities including campaign execution and will schedule partner/FMT participation in events and conferences. Internally, you will maintain sales-ready content and cadences via Salesforce/Salesloft/Teams and work to increase the accuracy, consistency, and volume of supplier sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads of sufficient quality and quantity to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.

* Lead the FMT partner program to include platform, application, technology, and services partners.

* Develop and deliver progressive marketing programs and sustainable campaign activities to drive awareness, engagement, and customer retention.

* Act as primary marketing contact with the sales team and FMT leadership, including regular participation in pipeline, marketing priority meetings, quarterly business reviews, in-person meetings and planning sessions.

* Manage the marketing budget to deliver highest possible value and return.

* Oversee social media accounts and drive engagement (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant)

* Maintain FMT presence on ISV partner portals and referral sites with relevant content, promotions, and product/service offerings.

* Lead market research and the development of competitive go-to-market strategies to increase referrals, revenue, and retention within current client base and from the broader partner community.

* Maintain and enhance the FMT brand, website, and internal templates, images, and sales tools.

* Target specific channels to promote products and services, including pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, email, website content, and SEO strategy.

* Provide direction and oversight to internal engagement team members, external marketing agencies and contractors.

* Maintain and enhance website performance and conversion including SEO/SEM and display advertising strategy.

* Oversee content production to include editing and posting blogs, updating web content (SEO), and ensuring market-facing content is meaningful and relevant.

* Prepare reports on campaign metrics, budgets, and conversion production to share with senior leadership regarding activity and results.

* Schedule partner training calendar and organize on-site/on-line training.

* Understand and interpret licensing and configuration requirements. Accurately populate quotes and estimates with same.

* Monitor key partner incentives, portals, and priorities and manage FMT fulfillment.

Qualifications

* More than 8 years of experience in technology marketing with a preference for those with business development, channel and/or partner marketing experience.

* Omni-channel lead generation experience using any combination of digital, dimensional, in-person and structured communication engagement.

* Experience marketing supply-chain solutions to the manufacturing and distribution market.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or comparable education/experience.

* A strong team player - comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude, build relationships with key stakeholders, and lead the business of marketing.

* Demonstrated success in more than one of the following: channel marketing, marketing planning, business development, product marketing, and project management.

* Strong familiarity with the B2B technology sales-cycle and how to employ market engagement strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.

* Experience working closely with sales and professional services teams to develop collaborative engagement plans.

* Strong copywriting and presentation skills.

* Experienced with Teams, Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Power BI, and digital marketing & analytics tools.

* Commitment to documenting requirements, negotiating priorities, and managing limited resources to best effect.

* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and ability to work independently and autonomously.

* English fluency required - additional fluencies beneficial.
