Role Overview:

You will be part of a three-man team providing IT support over the phone, remotely as well as face to face with staff and students for all hardware, software, and network related issues.

This is a full-time (5 days per week) position working on a shift-rota basis with shifts ranging from: 08:30 - 16:30, 10:00 - 18:00, 11:00 - 19:00
