£55,000 - £60,000 DOE + Holiday, Progression, Benefits and Training

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join a well-established business listed on the London Stock Exchange in a technical and highly varied role.

This company have been operating for over 20 years in the FinTech space with offices in London, Atlanta and Kuala Lumpur to name a few. Their SaaS platform connects more than half the Fortune 500 and is streamlining the way buyers and suppliers interact.

In this role you will work within an experienced team of Software Engineers to increase functionality for existing high transaction / high traffic platforms. You will work with multiple stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions and build complex applications at fast pace. In an Agile squad you will be developing new products and modifying existing systems to improve service and quality offering.

The ideal candidate will be Senior Full Stack Developer with vast experience working on .NET Development (C#). You will be experienced working with REST APIs, using a design first approach and adhering to OpenAPI spec and a strong background of database technologies, specifically Oracle and Entity Framework. As well as Experience building Angular front ends, with Angular 8 and above in a high-performing Agile Scrum team. Knowledge of event-based systems and any experience of Apache Kafka advantageous.

The Person:

*Commercial experience of .NET Development (C#)

*Experienced working with REST APIs using a design first approach

*Strong background in database technologies

*Experienced building Angular Front Ends and working in an Agile Scrum Team

*Knowledge of event-based systems and any experience of Apache Kafka advantageous

*Must be commutable to Manchester
