Azure Data EngineerLocation- Remote Salary- Up to £50,000 Job DescriptionYou will be joining a data and analytic team are a critical part of the company, who's mission is to help the company make better decisions through data driven insights. The teams key priorities are to migrate the data from a data warehouse to a cloud-based data platform, this will be used to understand more about the customers and to deliver self-service BI to all parts of our business. You will play a key role in migrating our on-premise data warehouse to a cloud-based data platform built on Microsoft Azure.

Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be building data pipelines using Azure data factory for data ingestion.You will be looking after the data integration, data conformity, data integrity and ensure the data structures are designed for future business needs and enhancements.You will ensure that data transformations are well recorded and follow best practices so that it is easily understood by developers and analysts

Skills & QualificationsAzure Data Factory/ Data LakesSQL server experience (SSIS, SSMS)Experience with Data Warehouse solutionsPython is also desirable Understanding of Azure DevOps Pipelines would be advantageous BenefitsSalary up to £50,000Remote workingother benefits TBC
