The Digital Assets Group (DAG) forms part of the Brand Operations area within the JLR Customer Experience Commercial function. It is the centre of excellence for the creation of external customer facing CGI assets and digital media, operating on-site at JLR UK. The team is responsible for the creation and delivery of 3d Model data and CGI still imagery required by Commercial to support customer communications material.
This role works as part of the Digital Assets Planning team to enable tracking and reporting of all aspects of the Digital Assets production process. The primary goal will be successful delivery of all fully configurable 3D model builds and Imagery Creation according to the Digital Assets production process and associated programme management tracking and reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will work effectively with Digital Assets Production team leads and specialists in order to deliver Master 3D Model data and Imagery according to DAG production processes and standards, and work collaboratively with Digital Assets Production Team Supervisors to ensure 3D Model Build and Imagery Creation plans adequately resourced and production process requirements are upheld. You will be responsible for liaising with Internal Stakeholders (Design / Marketing / Engineering / Product Information / Programme) to ensure all stakeholder interactions occur as required. You will create and maintain detailed timing plans defining key milestones in the Digital Assets Production Process and create clear report-out documentation to escalate status / issues to management where required. You will champion Digital Assets business / commercial processes and act as primary point of reference in this regard. You'll be accountable for identifying and supporting the development of Digital Assets planning processes. You will manage all new Digital Assets 3D Model Data and Imagery Creation requests to ensure new customers and associated agencies / suppliers are aware of operating requirements / processes / conditions and undertake any other work as directed by the Digital Assets manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You'll be an expert in project management / planning methods and processes. You'll have strong knowledge of product creation and delivery processes and mechanisms and knowledge of vehicle/product configuration complexity information (OXO, Design Intent and / or CAD maturation (Virtual Series) processes). You'll have excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.
The following would be nice to have:
* Formal qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2, APMP, etc.)
* Experience in working in a CGI production / operational environment
* Previous experience working with / for a Digital Assets stakeholder (Marketing / Design / Programme)
