Are you a Senior Controls Engineer looking to join a world renowned company where you will be a go to expert within the business working on state of the art projects? This excellent opportunity allows you to work on bespoke cutting edge technology. As well as this you will get the chance to work for a world leading manufacturer of precision measuring equipment. The company specialises in customised solutions to the Metrology market. You will work with Controls Manager and Mechanical Design Engineers/Technicians to deliver projects that are taken from the initial concept through to testing and then delivery. This role would be suitable to a Senior Controls Engineer who is competent in all activities throughout the design process including: Understanding and interpretation of customer requirements, support of technicians in the assembly/testing of your designs and windows software design in C++.

The Role:Electrical system design and layout using ePlan electrical softwareWork from documentation to create cables and build electrical unitsPLC software design in Siemens TIA Portal

The Person:Experience in Windows C++ software designAppropriate experience in electrical systems designExperience of fault finding on electrical and electronic systems
