Modernisation Delivery Lead | 6 months | East Mids | £600 - £700/day Outside IR35Client DetailsFinancial Services based in East MidlandsDescriptionEngage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence direction of the workstream to meet business goals, specifically relating to the leading of Refactoring & re-engineering activity relating to migration of legacy software systems to public Azure Cloud platform.Ensure that the plans for the programme are met optimise efficiency and meet business goals within agreed timescales and budget.Work closely with the Programme Director & manager to provide regular status reporting and solutions driven contingency plans.Continually evaluate the project for financial and people risk and regulatory compliance and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks.Lead, motivate, develop and coach team members to create a high performing project team.Build and maintain internal and external networks to identify best practice.ProfileEssential:Exceptional statekeholder management skillsStrong prior experience leading Azure Cloud migrationJob Offer£600 - £700/day Outside IR356 monthsEast Midlands based
