We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Operations to join an established growing company to influence the development of the companies future for the right person with a track record of success. Both internally and externally with our clients and customers.

What we are seeking a person to achieve the following:

To achieve, develop and maximise Welsh Government apprenticeship contracts. Ensuring quality delivery of all learning programmes within organisational and contractual requirements.

A proven track successful record managing Welsh Government apprenticeship contracts.

Experience of successful management of operational teams to achieve Welsh Government WBL apprenticeship programmes.

To grow and develop the business to achieve key performance targets and to further develop the companies financial growth.

To further develop, create and support effective delivery teams to achieve personal and business performance targets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead the Quality and Delivery Teams.
Oversee all operational activities for the organisation.
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
Translate the companys strategic plans into defined operational plans.
Defining performance management indicators and to monitor operational success against objectives.
Lead on contract and partner meetings in line with agreed timescales and contract requirements.
Report to the board on operation activities towards business goals and attend monthly board meetings.
Establish a culture of continuous business improvement.
All aspects of the day-to-day management of the delivery and operations teams.
Manage and oversee all internal HR
Recruitment, training and development of staff
Stay up to date with changes within the industry.
Minimise operation expenditure within the business wherever possible.
Develop leadership and coaching programmes to increase employee effectiveness.
