Systems Manager to take the lead with Access Care Planning Implementation and adoption across the business, You will help integrate with their systems as well as driving the culture change and uptake of the system.Client DetailsUK leading charity for children requiring specialist care.DescriptionAs the Systems Manager - Kent (Flexible working), you will:Manage and oversee the system administration and configuration of the systemMake the configuration changes to the system once approved.Assist in the development of the Change Control Board, its governance and terms of reference.Act as a system expert to provide specialist technical support and guidance to staff on th system and reporting related queries.Coordination and training of systems "Super User" within the business.Manage the UAT process for any changes.Attend regular support meetings with the supplier - Access.Be the first escalation point for Access Care Planning and the Super Users.Manage stakeholder expectations throughout.ProfileAs the Systems Manager - Kent (Flexible working), you will have:Experience with systems implementation - preferably in the health care sectorAdvanced skills in the Office Suite - Excel skills must be advanced.Experience working within Health - ideally configuring Access Care Planning or similar system.Experience of delivering operational improvement projects within required time frame.
