The Role To be successful in this role you must like challenges, be a lateral thinker across business strategy, data and marketing technology to enable the whole customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to use your technical expertise to collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and technology colleagues to define IT strategies and architecture solutions to transform ideas into performance. You will be positioned as the team lead for our customers, having intellectual ownership and operational responsibility. You will have experience in bridging brand and technology strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stacks.Your will work within a team structure and be responsible designing and building the technical architecture, data models and integrations for MarTech platforms and marketing automation programmes.Responsibilities: Own all enterprise marketing technology supportingBridge between technical teams (Infosys), our customers brand strategy and their commercial organisationInfluence how our customers leverage technology in their organisation; identifying opportunities to optimise ways of working to transform processesSupport multi-disciplinary teams to drive actionsIncrease efficiencies and speed up activationContribute towards enterprise solutions supporting consumer-facing & operational activitiesHave a full understanding of the marketing technology space who understands product and vendor roadmapsInteract with internal teams/brief external partners to source technology services (e.g., data, engineering & software)Be an advocate and advise on tools and technology for our teamContribute towards best practices for MarTech and Data that can be leverage by our teams Desired Skills: 5+ years' experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consultingExcel in bridging the gaps between business and technology, specifically MarTech, AdTech and consumer dataExperience of leading teams of Architects, Data Engineers and Analytics teamsUnderstanding of data (Analytics + CRM Data) integration and API methodologies and toolsIn-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape and experience with technologies like web analytics, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, search, MMP, ad servers, DMPs, DSPs and audience creation/targetingTech knowledge desired: Consumer Data Platform (CDP)Google Cloud Platforms + Advertising servicesData lake - Snowflake / AzureMarketing Analytics - Tableau / PowerBIProduct Information Management system (PIM)Digital Asset Management system (DAM)University degree, information technology, or business administration
