We are supporting a leading financial institution on an current project and looking to speak with a Delivery ManagerThis is for an initial 3-6 month contract sitting Outside IR35The role: Review the existing process and refine the documentation and self-user guidance to be accessible and easy to followWork with the comms team to ensure it is communicated and understood for the roles that require itManage working group to get feedback from value streamsDevelop Cloud Capability dashboard to monitor Cloud ReadinessManage skills checklist and related communications for onboarding value streams ongoing, keeping a central repositoryWork with I&W to refine the license to Operate Skills checklist for Cloud Platforms- GoogleCreate a version of skills checklist for AzureDetermine what tool should be used for this checklist ongoingWork and what will be required to run this process and how it will be achievedWork with value stream partners to refine the Team Capability ChecklistReview and develop the guidance and templates for Engineering Leads / Product Owners to submit into the onboarding and LCCF processDetermine what tools should be used to assess skills at individual and team level and how this fits into our system of record eg Workday; SNOW; CCoE data modeRequirements:Technical knowledge of GCP and Azure cloud platforms, products and tools desirableKnowledge of Public Cloud Engineering roles and best practice for a Cloud team structureAbility to write communications on technical concepts to a broad engineering audience in a way that is simple and usableExperience working across multiple teams e.g., training; engineering; platform engineering and third partiesKnowledge of learning systems desirable (e.g., Pluralsight and Workday)
