They are looking for experienced and enthusiastic 2nd line and 3rd line Support Engineers to join their expanding global tech team.
This role suits an ambitious person with a natural gift for Networking/Voice solutions with experience in supporting voice technologies and delivering excellent customer service. They are looking for someone to build a long term career in this exciting and rapidly growing market of Unified Communications.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years Previous experience in in 3rd/ 2nd line support functions within the telecoms industry
- Experience in a hands-on role supporting and/or installing PBX, SBC, SIP and cloud telephony
- Excellent knowledge of deployment and support for MS Teams and Office 365
- Previous experience with voice routing
- Good working knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructures
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
Competitive salary of 35,000-60,000 dependent upon experience, ongoing training and certifications available
The office is based in Canary Wharf London, there will be a requirement for travel to visit customer sites around the UK and abroad as and when required.
