Are you a 2nd / 3rd line support engineer with some MSP experience and looking to progress into a 3rd line Infrastructure engineer supported by fantastic training and development?

You will be responsible for the 3rd line support for a range of customers around the Wiltshire are. Based predominantly from home, you will also be require to see customer onsite as well as occasional check ins at their office in Chippenham. Key duties include; 365, networking routers, firewalls, security, virtualisation, Cloud (Azure/ AWS), Active Directory, Backups, Servers etc. Training and development will be offered to the successful candidate.

The Person;

* Full UK drivers licence (Happy to travel to customer sites)

* Some experience working within a MSP (Managed service provider)

* Basic Networking skills
