IT Trainer Office and Remote working6 moths Contract - possibly extension £18 - £20ph PAYELocation - Amersham or Chalfont St Giles My Client is looking for a Systems Trainer for a 6 months contract. The Systems Trainer is a pivotal role in the Regulatory Information Management group and has responsibility for developing and providing training for Regulatory Information Management owned systems.Responsibilities:Schedule and conduct instructor-led (primarily remote) role-specific training sessions on systems owned by the Regulatory Information Management teamMonitor training materials to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date after regular system updates and update if necessaryEvaluate the effectiveness of training provided and address issues with user competenceMaintain updated records of training curriculum and materials as per current proceduresReview current business processes and suggest improvementsProvide Subject Matter Expertise to business end-users following trainingUpdate the Regulatory Information Management system as required Skills:Proven work experience as an IT systems trainer or similar roleExperience with updating training materialsProficiency in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word and ExcelAffairs organization that is our primary customerExcellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work self-supported with low level supervisionPositive and outgoing personalityPrevious experience with Veeva Vault suite, Lorenz Docubridge and in the biotech/pharma space is a plusIf you wish to apply then please forward your CV over.
