Site Manager (Commercial construction)London (Site based - Sites Cover South East & West of England)£40,000 - £50,000We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager (with commercial experience) to join an established Construction Company that offers a competitive salary along with great progression opportunities. The company you will be applying to are a well established, expanding and already successful construction company who have an excellent reputation in their field. On offer is to join a well resourced, passionate and experienced within their field company who have time after time delivered an exceptional service to their clients, leading them to have amassed a more than satisfied, large and varied clientele.They now require a Site Manager to provide their knowledge and managerial skills to help drive the company forward. In this role it will allow you to have overall responsibility to project manage any successfully won project. You will manage site inductions, oversee all aspects of health and safety and ultimately be required to manage all sub contractors and trades on site.The ideal candidate will have commercial experience (office and warehouse experience desirable) and will be able to manage live environmental construction sites in London and throughout the South East/West of England. This means the right candidate will have experience leading from the front line. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the commercial industry of Construction, with the current focus of work being within office and warehouses. * Have experience as a Site Manager in the Commercial sector of Construction

* Managing the sites while managing the Labourers and Sub-Contractors, getting hands on if neededThe Person:

* 2 years + experience Managing Sites
