Your role in a nutshell Exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst join a project to deliver and manage the design, config, and deployment of the technical landscape for the new group Workday (HRIS) solution 
We are looking for someone with a breadth of knowledge revolving around the HRIS area.
We are at the beginning of an exciting journey - come with us More about the role Key Job Accountabilities: Manage plan for EMEA Integrations, ensuring alignment with overall Technical plan and project milestones.
Manage 3rd Parties and work with internal IT teams, ensuring availability and input are provided in a timely manner alongside project timelines, ensuring commitment throughout all phases from Design to Deploy.
Facilitate design workshops with the technical team and business and develop a technical deployment plan alongside the partner Technical Lead.
Remove technical roadblocks for organisation-wide Workday distribution. 
Where required, deep dive into key initiatives to help overcome technical incidents, complex problems, and/or realise opportunities.
Present detailed technical information and the benefits of Workday to a wide array of stakeholders including business managers, developers, technical architects, and executives.
Embed security, privacy, data protection, and quality assurance across all digital solutions.
Establish strong partnerships with key service integrators (vendors), helping to ensure technical competency and architecture alignment.
Establish a strong partnership with Information Security and internal IT teams, identifying opportunities/risks.
Support testing team with Integration details and considerations.
  What we look for Experience: Minimum 2 lifecycles leading and crafting integrations, engaging with, and motivating people across multiple organizations.
Experience in end-to-end integration delivery including supporting testing team.
Experience in engaging and managing with multiple actors, internally and externally, in parallel. Multi-tasking is paramount.
Previous experience of HR system implementation, ideally Workday.
Competencies required:
Excellent presentation skills for communicating both business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts.
Knowledge of Workday and/or HRIS implementation 
The ability to work independently and make business decisions as appropriate; must be comfortable and knowledgeable enough to do so
