Your Day to Day in this role includes: + Delivery of engaging induction training and tailored spot coaching to newly hired engineers
+ Developing training plans for delivery to a variety of different technical teams (Products, Services & Solutions)
+ Facilitating interactive vendor training on new & existing solutions for all customer facing team members
+ Working with managers and the L&D team to continually improve the technical curriculum and your training delivery
+ Proactively developing ongoing technical training opportunities across the team
+ Ensuring new starters are set up with their IT proficiently - You'll be one of the first team members they meet! You'll be ideal for us if you are: + A skilled trainer with four (4) plus years' training experience
+ Experienced at delivering first-class in person and online training
+ Collaborative and committed to drive continuous development of our UK employees
+ A master at maintaining a positive, unflappable demeanor when adapting to ever-changing plans within a supersonic environment A strong interest in technology would be advantageous in order to learn our training programmes and equip you with confidence to make suggestions for improvement. Salary & Benefits + Base Salary: £40,000 per annum
