Performance Media ManagerSalary: Competitive + bensLocation: London E14 (Hybrid working )Type: Permanent contract, full time 37.5 hours Are you a Performance Media management professional who has a wealth of experience within a Media agency, media or an inhouse marketing team? Do you love diving into the technical set up, implementation and optimisation of performance and programmatic media? Are you confident, resourceful, results-oriented and solutions-focused? Do you love working across multiple performance media platforms? If so, this could be the role for you! Reporting to the Head of Media and Delivery the Performance Media Manager is the SME in all performance media. Responsible for providing the business with strategic media plans, campaign management and evidence-based recommendations for all performance media, including Indeed, this role will involve working in close partnership with the client account management team, as well as a range of internal operational colleagues and external suppliers. You are a management level media professional who:Is confident, resourceful, results-oriented, and solutions-focusedHas a background in agency, media or inhouse marketing teams with a focus on performance mediaHas an in-depth understanding of the technical set up, implementation and optimisation of performance and programmatic mediaHas experience with multiple performance media platforms (eg. Google/DV360, Facebook, LinkedIn) and DSP's. Experience with Indeed and recruitment AI platforms such as Appcast or Indeed IQ is preferable but not essentialWho is able to take briefs and create detailed media plans with clear objectives and KPIs and sell in solutions to senior stakeholdersIs results focused, analytical and confident in selling new ideas and conceptsCan demonstrate experience in implementing detailed campaign management and insights processesWorks effectively with teams to drive continuous improvement and best practiceHas the ability to form strong and effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organisationIs creative, commercially minded and has strong planning and organisational skills What you'll receive:22 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday (pro-rata)Competitive salaryRemote working, hybrid of office and homeAbility to grow your career with plenty of opportunities within the UK and further afieldWork for a global brand with values at its core, voted as one of the world's most ethical companies 12 years in a rowGlass door top rated CEO's for 2021 Think this could be your next move?
