We're looking for a PMO Coordinator / Project Coordinator to join a large organisation undergoing huge IT transformation. Working closely with the PMO Manager, the PMO Coordinator will provide project management support for a portfolio of projects, involving all planning, risk, issue management, change control, document and configuration management.You will ensure that your assigned projects meet the defined quality, time and cost constraints. Using project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2), you will be involved in the production of plans, documentation and guidance for project teams throughout the lifecycle of projects and will ensure all procedures are adhered to. It's a varied role where you will provide guidance and advice on project processes, manage weekly and monthly reports and maintain financial controls within your programme/projects.Key Skills / Experience (Not all required, but the more the better!) Experience working in a PMO or Project Coordinator role Worked in a Prince2 environment or similar (Prince2 certification would be a bonus)Understanding of Software Delivery/Development Lifecycles (SDLC)Can demonstrate experience successfully controlling and delivering a number of projects in a complex business.Control projects to agreed time/cost/deliverables.Responsibility for ensuring sign off at each stage of the projectEnsure compliance against legal, regulatory, policy and best practice requirements.Responsible for storage and access of documented processes relating to projects.Can ensure the transition of projects from development to Live.Produce and maintain MS Project plansManagement of any project related Risks, Issues and Change RequestsMS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel skills.Log and monitor technical issues for suppliersThis is an opportunity to join a 5 year programme of complex IT transformation work within a forward thinking business at the beginning of their journey.
