Within this process, your role is crucial. You are the foreman of your team throughout the entire business process up to the finished work result. You will have a unique opportunity to shape revenue-enhancing business solutions that enable our customers to meet ever-changing global needs.

Role & ResponsibilitiesThe deliverables would be clearly identified and mutually agreed at the beginning of each phase. The typical deliverables that would be created are as below:Plan and execute large scale projects with a team of more than 20Convert business requirements into technical solutions, assess technical feasibility of the requirement and suggest best-in-class solutionsTo provide best fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, provide technology consultation, implement the solutions, create technology differenceDevelopment and review of software/architecture and propose integration scenariosPrepare/review design documentsWork closely together with functional consultants and business key users. And propose improvements to the customerCandidate should be able to particiate in RFPs/POCs and work as SME for technical topicsKeep up to date with latest industry trends. Continuous learning and creation of any training material new/advanced techical concepts

Skills & Qualifications9 to 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP, ABAP on HANA, S/4HANAExpertise in RICEFW, ABAP on HANA and ODATAFair understanding of Fiori/UI5, Cloud architecture, BTP and latest technological trendsExperience in 3-4 end to end implementation projects.Experience in Archival, performance improvements, integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systemsAble to size, effort estimate, plan and execute a large scale projectGood knowledge of at least two of SAP Release Management or SAP Activate Methodology or ASAP Methodology or SAP DevOpsClient facing experienceExpertise in integration with at least 2 SAP functional modulesWell versed with SAP development tools like ADT/Git, debugging techniques, performance tuningSupport the Run organization in the incident and problem resolutionLead a team of 10+Fluent in EnglishGood Interpersonal skillsCandidates with SAP Certification in ABAP/HANA/Fiori is preferredCandidates with experience in S/4HANA is preferred Impressum - https://www.frankgroup.com/de/impressum/
