UX Researcher London / WfH to £55k
UX Researcher (HCI) *Remote Interview WfH*. Would you like to progress your career as a UX Researcher, working collaboratively on creative online gaming experiences? You could be joining a global games software house in a role that will allow you to have influence and continually develop your skills in a diverse, supportive environment.
As a UX Researcher you will take a lead on the UX research as part of a cross functional Agile team; you'll be defining, planning and conducting user research (e.g. customer surveys, usability tests, interviews) to inform design decisions for various products and experiences, identifying areas for research and the best approach to gain valuable insights. You'll collaborate with the design team, product managers and software engineers to prioritise user research requirements and incorporate complex business and technical requirements.
There's a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home you'll be based in awesome offices in Central London with a wide range of facilities and flexibility to work from home for part of the week (1-2 days).
Requirements:
You have experience as a UX Researcher in a customer focussed environment
You're experienced with remote and face to face research with experience of working with qualitative research methods
You're able to plan, scope, conduct, research and communicate research findings
You're also familiar with quantitative research methods, comfortable with metrics and A/B tests and can synthesise quantitative data with qualitative user research
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You're degree educated in a relevant discipline e.g. Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science
