Job title - Future of Work Comms and Engagement ManagerLocation - London, Canary Wharf/Remote Rate - Up to £600PAYE OR £769 Umbrella Start date - ASAPContract - 12 months Our financial services client is currently seeking a Future of Work Comms and Engagement Manager to join their team in the London office/remote working, this contract will initially be for 12 months.The role holder: Experience of change communications (e.g. build awareness, buy-in, educate and reinforce new behaviours), particularly related to culture and behavioural change techniques (e.g. nudging, commitment devices, storytelling)Proven track record of successfully delivering effective, high quality internal communications and engagement projectsExperience of working in a busy, fast-paced, highly matrixed environmentComfortable working across multiple projects to tight timescales with limited budgetsProven ability to write clear and engaging content that engages and connects peopleA highly organised, creative and confident communicator, able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail

Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision-making areas

Work with the Senior Lead to support the delivery of the global employee communications and engagement strategy for The Bank's Future of Work programmeDesign and deliver creative, engaging and informative internal communications, making sure it supports the programme strategy, The Banks's values and employer brand / tone of voiceAbility to leverage and analyse data insights to inform targeted/personalised communicationsCo-ordinate a network of communications professionals, in different businesses and markets, to ensure consistent messaging on the programme is used and sufficient uptake of the communications approach is achievedCo-ordinate, design and deliver content on Future of Work for various internal channels; also working with external media / comms teams to curate content for the external audienceWork with the Senior Lead and the wider HR team to support the successful delivery of programme as well as measurement of the effectiveness of the communications & engagement interventions implementedSupport the Senior Lead to manage all key internal communications and engagement content on the programmeSupport all business-as-usual communications and engagement activities associated with the programme.KnowledgeKnowledge of best practice communications and engagement approaches leveraging blended communication methodsUnderstanding of HR culture change programmes and how communications / engagement is a key enabler in behavioural changeUnderstanding of The Banks Group structures, values, behaviours, processes, and objectives would be helpful.Experience Track record in the design and delivery of strategic internal communications and engagement programmes and projectsProven ability to write clear and engaging content that engages and connects peopleExperienced in taking a communications idea from concept to reality with creativity and attention to detail across a wide variety of communications channels and mediaProven ability to work in a highly matrixed organizationStrong organizational, time management and project management skillsCapabilities Excellent relationship-building skillsExcellent stakeholder management skillsExcellent communications skills - written and verbalAbility to translate a concept/idea into a tangible communication artefactA flexible team player with a high level of initiative who is able to create positive working relationships at all levelsA positive person with a calm and professional manner who enjoys a challenge and is comfortable with changeQualifications and Accreditations Educated to graduate level or marketing equivalentThe Comms and Engagement Manager will join the 'Human' Future of Work Programme, benefitting from support from the existing team.
