Epicor Business Analyst - Manufacturing - Greater Jacksonville, FL Area Epicor Business Analyst - Manufacturing - Greater Jacksonville, FL Area A client in the Greater Jacksonville, FL area is looking for a Business Analyst with Epicor ERP experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing as well as experience with DMT, SRRS & Crystal Reporting, BAQ's, light BPM's, and preferably version 10.2. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication and training skills as well as upgrade and implementation experience. Candidates must be local to the Greater Jacksonville Area or be willing to relocate. Job Functions:Work between departments & with major stakeholders to pinpoint technical solutions that will optimize business processesAnalyze and identify opportunities for growth & issues that can be amendedConduct configuration & design of ERP system to better leverage the enterpriseAdvise and take ownership of upgrade processesPerform gap analysis, conduct process mapping, and develop improved SOP'sTrain end users and IT team to more effectively utilize Epicor ERPLeverage Epicor through implementation of appropriate customizationsCreate reports using SQL & Epicor tools & data extractionAct as a techno-functional resource & point of contact for company end users Qualifications:3+ years' experience working with Epicor ERPKnowledge of Epicor BAQ, BPM & SSRS Report Writing, required3+ years' experience with gap analysis, process mapping, requirement gathering, and developing SOP's in a Manufacturing environmentExperience with .NET, VB.Net, & C# preferred but not requiredExperience with either version 10.1.500 or higherMinimum of 3 years' experience with MS SQL Server & SSRS / Crystal Reports For Immediate Consideration Contact: Telephone: (267) 322-2913 Email: [email protected] Washington Frank International is the global leader in Epicor recruitment services.
