Rate: £350 - £400 PAYE (experience dependant)

PMO Governance and Reporting Analyst. Report into programme Planning & Delivery Assurance LeadsConsolidate data from various PMO systems in order produce reports & MILiaise with various stakeholders across programme to source updates and query / challenge discrepancies in dataAttend weekly meetings with programme PMOs to review inputs, suggest updates and aggregate themes to report back to managementProduce PowerPoint based slide decks for programme governance forumsProduce ad-hoc reports and slide decks as requiredMaintain stakeholder distribution lists and system accessesMaintain various programme governance, guidance and procedural documentationSupport tracking of various programme governance items including actions and change requestsPrevious HSBC experience desirable but not essentialJunior to Mid-level (not a senior position)3 - 5 years' experienceGeneralist PMO analyst roleDoesn't need HSBC experience, can be learnt on the jobUnderstanding of banking would be preferableRemote working (UK based)
